Garden Grill Restaurant

Garden Grill Restaurant in Disney World is arguably one of the best character dining options on property. It is often overlooked or guests simply don’t know it exists. If you want to eat a meal with Mickey and his pals, but you don’t want to dine at Chef Mickey’s, then here is what you need to know about Disney World’s best kept character dining secret. Unlike Chef Mickey’s, reservations are a lot easier to get, the food is arguably better, and you will even save a bit of money, too!

What is Garden Grill Restaurant?

Garden Grill is located in the Land Pavilion in EPCOT. This one of a kind restaurant is unique because you are actually moving while you eat! During your meal, you are slowly rotating above the Living with the Land attraction. No need to worry though, because when I say slow, I mean it. You will barely notice it, so for those that are prone to motion sickness, you shouldn’t experience any problems at all. Some of the fresh produce you enjoy during your meal is even grown in the greenhouses from the Land Pavilion itself.

Which Characters can you Meet?

There are four characters who make their way to each table throughout your meal. Mickey Mouse, Pluto, Chip, and Dale. They are even dressed in their farming attire for the occasion.

What Type of Food Can you Get?

Breakfast features grilled steak, eggs, mickey waffles, and other breakfast fare. Lunch and dinner feature cornbread with honey butter ( a crowd favorite), garden salad, steak, turkey, apple pie, and so many other delicious options.
