Disney’s Beach Club Resort is one of the most popular Deluxe Resorts on Disney World property. It offers a coastal New England theme and is only a walk away from Epcot. The Beach club is my number one Resort to stay at while visiting Disney World. Why? Because there are great amenities, is a prime location, and has the best hotel pool on Disney property. If you want to feel like you are taking a relaxing vacation while still in Disney World, then the Beach Club just might be the Resort for you.
Why Should You Stay on Disney World Property?
Staying on Walt Disney World property can get very expensive very quickly, but it does have its benefits. These perks include early entry into the theme parks, complimentary transportation to and from the theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs, the ability to buy Genie + at midnight, and the ability to book dining reservations 60 days in advance. For those staying at Deluxe Resorts, you even get extra time in the parks on select nights during Extended Evening Hours. Look at the My Disney Experience app for dates and times available during your trip. You are also within close proximity to the theme parks, especially if you are staying at a Deluxe Resort. All of the Disney World Resort Hotels offer immersive theming, which helps keep the magic alive even outside of the parks.

From fun snacks to character dining, there’s something for everyone offered here. Not only that, you are walking distance from several other resort hotels with more delicious dining options to try.
Cape May Cafe: Dine with characters for breakfast during Minnie’s Beach Bash. If you would prefer a meal without characters, enjoy surf and turf for dinner! These buffet-style meals are inspired by coastal New England.
Beaches & Cream Soda Shop: Inspired by the Atlantic Seashore, enjoy retro diner inspired foods for lunch or dinner. However, ice cream is the main even around here. The sundaes here are creative and delicious. There is even the famous “Kitchen Sink” that is served in a kitchen sink with 8 scoops of ice cream and all of the toppings.
Beach Club Marketplace: This is the main quick service dining option at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. Mobile order breakfast, lunch, or dinner on your way to and from the parks. Don’t forget to grab your resort refillable mug!

Things to Do
Pools: There are 4 pools at the Beach Club, but the main pool is Stormalong Bay. It is the best Disney Resort Hotel pool according to so many guests, and for good reasons. Slide down from a pirate shipwreck themed 230 foot water slide, relax along the lazy river, walk along the sandy bottomed pool, or relax in one of several different hot tubs. There is so much for the entire family. There is even a smaller pool with a miniature water slide perfect for smaller kids. Poolside cabana rentals are also offered.
*Stormalong Bay will be closed for refurbishment from January 2025 until June 2025.
